Account owners can set a list of default Talk channels which will automatically appear in any new class activation. This lets you set a consistent experience across classes for learners.
Note: Manage users can still remove, edit or set new channels when creating class activations to allow for any class specific requirements.
How to set default Talk channels for your organisation
Head to iQualify Settings (found by selecting your avatar in the top right).
In left menu, choose Feature settings then Talk channels.
You can add, edit or remove your default talk channels. You can also choose to make a channel broadcast only (only facilitators start but learners can respond).
Removing a talk channel won't remove it from current class activations, but will remove it from the default talk channels available for all future class activations.
How to include a Private support channel
Within the Talk channels Feature setting, you can toggle Private support channel to On/Off to choose whether classes with at least one facilitator have a Private support channel.
Note: Manage users are able to override the default channels if required when setting up each class activation.
