As a learner, you can use your mobile or tablet to complete your courses in iQualify. That includes uploading files for tasks.
Find the task
First, find the assessed or non-assessed task that requires you to upload a file:
Navigate to Tasks in the mobile menu.
Select the Assessed or Non-assessed tab from the drop down menu.
Select Go to to head to the page the task is on and see what the task requires.
If it is a task which needs a file uploaded, you'll see Add file. Select this if you need to upload a file.
You will see the option to Select files to upload.
Troubleshooting
If the Select files to upload button doesn't work for your device it could be because some devices block this file picker. Instead, select the burger menu on the top left of your device to add files from your device or other cloud services.
Selecting where to upload your file(s) from
To select the file location you wish to upload from, you can:
Upload photos and videos (and other files) from your device under My device.
Take a photo (or record a video) right now using your device.
Connect to a cloud service (Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive.
Once you have selected the file you want to upload, you will see this screen with options to:
remove files using the x, or
add more files if needed using Upload more.
If you are happy with the file(s) you have added, select Upload.
Review list of files and submit
Once uploaded, you'll your file(s) listed. If you want to add more files later or aren't ready to submit, you can Save a draft to make more changes later.
If you have no changes to make select Submit to send your task for assessment:
