We offer a variety of how-to articles for learners that may help you get unstuck. These articles include items such as a guide to navigating your course, how to perform actions such as upload files and study tips.

If these resources don't address your issue, it’s possible that the problem is specific to your course or your organisation's setup. For example, issues with course content, assessments, or technical support.

In that case, we recommend reaching out to your learning provider via a course Talk channel or their helpdesk for assistance, as they are best equipped to resolve the issue quickly.

How to find how-to articles for help using iQualify

If you need help and you're working on your desktop or laptop, scroll to the bottom right of your screen and select the magnifying glass icon.

Here you can search for articles in our Learning with iQualify Knowledge base collection under Search articles. These articles have step by step instructions to show you how to use the tools and features in iQualify.

How to contact your facilitators in a Talk channel for help with content

Generally, the facilitator(s) of your course will be best placed to answer your questions about content and assessments.

These are generally queries like:

  • You are not sure about the instructions in a task or assessment.

  • You need your facilitator to reset your task submission.

  • You have noticed some inaccuracies or outdated content.

Tip: You can report content to quickly bring content issues you notice to your facilitator's attention.

Depending on your course and learning provider, you might have access to a Private support channel under Talk where you can privately message your class facilitator(s).

Learn more: Check out How to use Talk for more guidance.

If there isn't a Private support channel, you could ask in a Public channel.

Alternatively, you can contact your learning provider's helpdesk (described below).
