Did you know you can set up a device to access a version of your course even without an internet connection? We use your browser's offline functionality and progressive web apps, allowing you to keep up with your studies on the go.
In offline mode, you can access all course text and image content and review your study notes.
However, please note that interactive elements and uploading/downloading features require internet access (e.g. completing tasks, downloading resources, watching videos, and contributing to social elements).
Tip: You can download videos and files from Downloads ahead of time and save them to your device to view offline.
Accessing courses on your device is made possible through a technology called Progressive Web Apps (PWA). When you first access each section of your course, a local copy is downloaded to your device for offline use. PWAs are widely supported on both mobile and desktop platforms across most browsers.
Tip: If you want to conserve your data, we recommend accessing your course for the first time (to download the local copy) using Wi-Fi rather than your mobile data.
