How to get an iQualify environment

The first time your ITP requests to use iQualify (or an Open Polytechnic course) a team member will be in touch to set up your iQualify environment.

Note: If you already have an iQualify environment, but are not sure where to login, contact our Service desk team for some help.

How to get the right people added to your iQualify environment

There are a number of roles in iQualify. Use this template to work out who in your organisation needs which type of access. We can talk these through with you, but having an idea of what's needed will help you get onboard faster.

How to integrate with iQualify (including single sign on)

There is a range of options to integrate and automate with iQualify from enrolments to reporting and notifications. iQualify can also be used alongside your existing LMS including setting up Single Sign On for ākonga to support a seamless experience when moving between systems.

Look for this on you dashboard and head to Tasks.

With more than 400 articles, the iQualify Knowledge base is your go to for any iQualify queries. You can access and search the knowledge base from within iQualify.

Support for your ākonga

Support when you need it

iQualify offers support for ITP using iQualify.

If you have account owner, manage user, author, or user admin permissions, you can use the Help icon to chat with our AI support agent, Fin.

Fin provides real-time answers and links to helpful resources, and will escalate to our human support team if needed.

Note: In-app chat with Fin isn't currently available on mobile.
