How do I integrate with my existing Quickbooks account?

Iris Works is now integrated with Quickbooks Online, US & Canada versions.

To connect your account, navigate to your Invoice Setup. Under integrations, you will see the option to Connect your Quickbooks account. Follow the necessary prompts to connect your account.

Once your account is connected, you will be able to sync your Iris Works invoices to your Quickbooks account.

When viewing an invoice, you can select the Push To Quickbooks option. This will create the invoice in your Quickbooks account. If the client does not already exist as a customer in your Quickbooks account, we will create a new customer for you.

When a payment is deposited into your bank account, and shows in Quickbooks, you can then match the deposit to the outstanding invoice.
