Connecting an external calendar is easy as just a few clicks. You can integrate your Google calendar, iCal, Outlook, Exchange or Office 365 calendar.

To connect, first you will want to unsubscribe to your Iris Works calendar in your external device (if you had already subscribed).

Then simply navigate to your Iris Works Calendar tab. At the top, click the "Connect Calendars" and then "Connect" button.

You can sync your Iris calendar with one external calendar. This will put your Iris events on your external calendar and bring your external calendar events into your Iris calendar. You can also have as many people as you wish "Subscribe" to your Iris calendar. They will be able to see your Iris events but not be able to make any changes. 

If you are choosing to sync an external calendar, simply click "Connect" and select the calendar you wish to connect from the list of options and follow the prompts to connect.

Then simply follow the prompts to connect.
