How do I mark my clients as eligible to receive email marketing messages?

The CAN-SPAM act requires that you have obtained permission from your clients and/or potential clients to send marketing/promotional emails. Upon subscribing to our email marketing feature - you are confirming you have permission - therefore, existing clients in your account will be automatically eligible to receive email marketing messages.

When adding a new client, you can mark whether they should be enrolled in email marketing.

If needed, you can individually mark existing clients as Active or Inactive for email marketing messages by navigating to the Client Profile and editing the client. Here you can toggle between active and inactive
