Do I need to transfer my account?

No - your account is linked automatically.

Just download the new app and open it on the same device.

We’ll take care of the rest.

How does it work?

When you open the new app, we recognize your account and restore your progress automatically.

What do I need to do?

  1. Open your current game

  2. Tap the download link

  3. Install the new app

  4. Open it

That’s it - your account should be ready to go.

Will I lose my progress or coins?

No. Everything carries over - including:

  • Coins

  • Progress

  • Clubs

  • Friends

What if my account doesn’t load?

In rare cases, we may not be able to match your account automatically.

If that happens:

  • Make sure you're using the same device

  • Contact our Customer Support team and we’ll help restore your account using your Friend Code.

Can I transfer my account to a different device?

For the best experience, open the new app on the same device you used before.

If you’re using a different device, contact support and we’ll help you recover your account.

Can I transfer more than once?

Your account stays linked automatically.
