How to invite another person to appear in your live with Live Duo, what the guest sees, what they can do, and how to end their participation. Live Duo works on iPhone, on Android, and in the live on your computer (Seller Hub).

Your live must be on air. The invite only shows while the live is running
The person you invite needs to be in your live to accept. If they are not, they get a notification to join
How Live Duo works
With Live Duo, the guest's camera and microphone join your broadcast. Your camera stays as the main picture and the guest shows in a smaller window. Your audience sees and hears both of you.
You can have one guest at a time. To bring in someone else, remove the current guest first.
Step 1: open the invite
With the live on air, tap the camera icon with the plus sign in the controls at the top right. The Convite para uma dupla (Invite for a Duo) screen opens (on Android, Convide para um Duo Live).
The list shows who is watching now. You can also search for anyone by username. Tap the person, then Convide seu amigo (Invite your friend; on Android, Convidar).
Another way: tap a viewer's name in the chat and choose Convidar como convidado (Invite as guest).
Step 2: the guest accepts
The guest sees the Live Duo screen with the invite.
To join, they tap Aceitar e participar (Accept and join; on Android, Aceitar e Entrar). If the app doesn't have camera and microphone access yet, it asks for permission first
To decline, they tap Não participe (Don't join; on Android, Depois)
If the invite isn't accepted within a few minutes, it lapses and you can invite again.
Step 3: live together
When the guest accepts, their camera joins the live and their photo shows in your controls, in place of the invite icon.
Remove the guest
Tap the guest's photo in the live controls
Confirm with Remover (Remove) in the Remover (name) do Live Duo? (Remove name from Live Duo?) alert (on Android, Remover (name) do Duo Live)
You can also tap their name in the chat and choose Remover convidado (Remove guest). They go back to being a regular viewer.
The guest can also leave on their own. They tap their own broadcast button and confirm with Parar (Stop).
Live Duo on your computer
In the live on your computer, in the Seller Hub, use Convidar para Live Duo (Invite to Live Duo) to bring in someone from your audience. To finish, use Encerrar Live Duo (End Live Duo). The guest goes off air and back to being a viewer, and you can invite again later.
What the guest can and can't do
Can: appear with camera and audio, talk in the chat, leave the broadcast whenever they want
Can't: sell, manage products, end the live, or invite other people
Products, sales, and live controls stay with you only.
Important tips
Anyone can be invited. They don't need to be a seller or follow you
Agree beforehand. Tell the guest to allow camera and microphone on their phone
Ask them to join the live. People already watching get the invite right away
No invite icon? Check that the live is on air and that there is no active guest
Frequently asked questions
Does the guest need to be a seller? No. Any Jamble user can be invited.
Can I have more than one guest? No. Live Duo takes one guest at a time.
Can I invite someone before the live starts? No. The invite is only available while the live is on air.
Can the guest sell during the live? No. Only you manage products and sales.
What if the guest's connection drops? Their window disappears from your screen. When they come back to the live, you can invite them again.
