What you'll learn
This guide brings together everything you can do in your live, from the moment you open the live screen to the sales dashboard after you end: practice mode, products, sales, the live menu, ending the live, and the Sua Live (Your live) dashboard. Features with their own article (Live Duo, raid, two devices, battles, and moderation) are summarized here with a link to the full guide.
Before you start
You need:
An approved seller account on Jamble
A scheduled live. See Schedule a live
Products added to the live, ideally before you start
Before you go live
Open your scheduled live from your profile. On the live screen you see the countdown to the scheduled time and two buttons:
Modo de prática (Practice mode; on Android, Modo Teste): tests the camera, audio, and products with no one watching. To leave, use Encerrar Modo Teste (Stop practice) in the live menu
Iniciar Live (Go live): opens the Comece sua live (Start your live) confirmation. Tap Sim, comece (Yes, start) to go live or Mais tarde (Later) to wait
If the time passes and you haven't started, the countdown warns that it's your last chance to join or postpone. If the live never starts, you can pick a new date on the live screen with Atrasado? Reviva esta Live (Late? Revive this live).
The live screen
During the live, you see:
Vendas em tempo real (Real-time sales): a summary of what you've sold in the live, with the total and the average value per item
Viewer count: how many people are watching. Tap it to see the list
Camera: switch between the front and back camera to show your face or the products up close
Chat: messages from the audience. You can reply and mention someone with @
Featured product: the item on sale on screen, with the sale button
The Notas fixadas (Pinned notes) you wrote when scheduling are pinned in the chat for viewers. They can't be edited during the live.
Products
Open the product list
Tap the shop icon to open Listagens (Listings). Products sit in three tabs:
Próximos (Upcoming): not sold yet
Não vendido (Unsold): went through a sale with no buyer
Vendido (Sold): already sold in this live
You can look for a product with Pesquisar uma listagem (Search for a listing) and drag items to change the order.
Add products during the live
Tap the + button and choose:
Nova listagem rápida (New quick listing): creates a product without leaving the live
Clonar listagens de lives anteriores (Clone listings from past lives): brings products from a past live
Sales
Start a sale
In the product list, use Fixar (Pin) to feature the item and Iniciar (Start) to begin the sale. How it sells depends on the mode chosen on the product:
Ofertas em Tempo Real (Real-time offers): buyers make offers until time runs out. See Real-time offers
Morte Súbita (Sudden death): like real-time offers, but the time is never extended
Comprar Agora (Buy it now): fixed price, whoever taps first buys. See Buy it now
Venda relâmpago (Flash sale): a Buy it now item with a discount for a short time. See Flash sales
Buyers can also leave offers before the sale starts. See Pre-offers.
One sale on screen at a time
Only one sale is featured on screen at a time. While an offers sale is running, wait for it to end before pinning the next item.
A Comprar Agora (Buy it now) item with stock stays available to buy even after you feature another product. That way you can leave fixed-price items on sale while you present the next one.
After the sale
When the sale ends, the product moves to Vendido (Sold) or Não vendido (Unsold). If there is stock left, or if the item didn't sell, use Reprisar (Rerun) to run the sale again.
If the winning buyer doesn't pay in time, the sale is cancelled and you can rerun the item.
If a sale looks stuck on Finalizando... (Finishing...), open the live menu and tap Está preso? Desbloqueie! (Stuck? Unlock!).
Live menu
Tap the live menu to see the options. They change depending on the moment of the live:
Encerrar Live (End live): ends the broadcast
Configurações da Live (Live settings): audio settings, such as noise reduction, and camera settings
Iniciar Batalha, Batalha pronta, or Próxima batalha (Start battle, Battle ready, or Next battle): shows when you can run your battle
Está preso? Desbloqueie! (Stuck? Unlock!): shows while a sale is running and unlocks a stuck sale
Compartilhar (Share): sends the live link
Como receber? (How to get paid?): explains how you get paid for your sales

Live Duo: invite someone to appear in your broadcast. See Invite a co-host (Live Duo)

End the live
Open the live menu and tap Encerrar Live (End live). If a battle is running, end the battle first.
Before closing, the app offers the option to raid. You can pick a live or end without a raid.
The live can also end automatically if the broadcast stays offline for a long time or runs for too long. If your internet drops, get back to the live as soon as you can.
Once ended, a live can't be restarted. To sell again, schedule a new live.
After the live: the Sua Live dashboard
When you end, the Obrigado por sua live (Thanks for your live) screen shows the Meu painel de controle (My dashboard) button. It opens the Sua Live (Your live) dashboard, which you can also find later by opening the ended live from your profile.
The dashboard shows the live summary (total sold, value after fees, items sold, and buyers) and the sales grouped by buyer. From there you prepare shipments and create the label for each package. If any sale still needs your confirmation, the dashboard shows Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales) and the deadline to confirm.
Important tips
Practice before your first live. A few minutes in practice mode help you learn the buttons
Organize your product queue. Keep items in the order you'll sell them so you don't lose pace
Talk to the chat. Greet people as they arrive and answer questions before starting each sale
Use a stable connection. A bad connection can drop the broadcast
Mix fixed price and offers. Leave Buy it now items on sale while you present offer items
Frequently asked questions
Can I add products while the live is running? Yes. Tap + and create a Nova listagem rápida (New quick listing) or clone products from a past live.
Can I run two offer sales at the same time? No. Only one sale is featured at a time. Comprar Agora (Buy it now) items with stock stay available while you present another product.
What happens if my internet drops? The live keeps going for a while, waiting for you to come back. If the broadcast stays offline for a long time, the live ends automatically.
Can I edit the title or notes during the live? No. This information can only be changed before the live starts.
Where do I see what I sold? In the Sua Live (Your live) dashboard, through the Meu painel de controle (My dashboard) button when you end, or by opening the ended live from your profile.
Can I restart a live I ended? No. Schedule a new live.
