Can I use Jenni AI in a different language?

Yes, you can! We currently support the Jenni interface in the following languages:

  • English (US)

  • English (British)

  • Español (Spanish)

  • 简体中文 (Chinese Simplified)

  • Français (French)

  • Deutsch (German)

If your language isn't on the list, don't worry - we plan to support as many languages as possible over the coming months and will update this page every time we add a new language. Please also note that new languages may start in beta, so reach out to us if you see any mistakes or inconsistencies and we'll do our best to correct them as soon as possible.

Once you have made your changes, please refresh the page & start a new paragraph to have Jenni adjust to your new preferences.

How do I edit my document prompt or citation style?

You can edit your prompt and citation style at any time in your document settings. Once you have made your changes, please refresh the page & start a new paragraph to have Jenni adjust to your new preferences.

To learn how to write a strong document prompt to start your paper, see: How do I start a new document with Jenni?

How do I only receive suggestions from the documents in my Library?

Jenni offers two options on where your suggestions and citations are coming from:

  • Auto-cite from New Sources: This will enable Jenni to consider external online sources that are relevant to your topic.

  • Auto-cite from Library: This will enable Jenni to consider the sources and documents uploaded into your Jenni Library

Simply toggle these options on or off at any time depending on your research needs.
