How to Find and Edit Your Invoice

You can easily download and edit your invoice from your personal Crocoblock account. Follow these simple steps to manage your invoices:

1. Finding Your Invoice

To access your invoice, log in to your Personal Account.

Navigate to the Purchase Details section, and click the "View Details" link to expand the information.

2. Downloading Your Invoice

To download the invoice, click the "Download Invoice" link.

Once clicked, the invoice will be saved as a PDF file.

3. Editing Your Invoice

To edit the invoice, click the pencil icon near the "Download Invoice" link.

You can amend details such as the street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country in the pop-up form. After making changes, download the invoice again, and it will reflect the updated data.

Additionally, you can update or add your VAT number in the invoice settings to ensure it appears on the invoice.

4. Changing Purchase Name or Billing Details

If you need to change the purchase name, you can do so via the Settings tab in your personal account.

At the top of your account page, click Settings to modify:

  • Your name

  • Primary and additional email addresses

  • Billing address

  • Password

After updating these details, your invoice will include the new information.

Troubleshooting Missing Invoices

Occasionally, an invoice may not appear immediately in your account due to payment processing delays. In such cases, contact support for assistance.
