General Guidelines for Crocoblock License Upgrades

Eligibility For Upgrades: - Upgrades are only possible while your current license is active. Ensure your subscription hasn't expired.

- Most single-license products or plans can be upgraded to more comprehensive plans like All‐Inclusive or Lifetime.

Cost of Upgrades: - When upgrading, you will only pay the price difference between your current plan and the new, higher-tier plan. For instance, if your current plan is priced at $43, and the All‐Inclusive plan is $399, the cost of the upgrade would be approximately $356.

Limitations & Exceptions to Upgrades

  1. Unavailable Direct Upgrades: - If you purchased one plugin ( for example, JetEngine), or made several separate orders (for example, JetEngine and JetSmartFilters), and want to upgrade to the bigger plan (Custom subscription, All-Inclusive, Lifetime), then there will be no such opportunity from your personal account. In such cases, you need to contact support for assistance.

  2. Cross-Plugin Limitations: - Upgrades between different plugin families (e.g., JetEngine to JetSmartFilters) are not allowed. For additional plugins, place a new and separate order.

  3. Multi-Year Extensions: - Some manual upgrades may include optional extensions, such as extending license duration. These pricing approaches involve: - Option 1: Upgrade without altering the license’s original end date. - Option 2: Upgrade with a license prolongation for one additional year, starting from the purchase date.

Steps to Upgrade Your Crocoblock License

There are three ways to upgrade your subscription: either automatically with the Crocoblock account, via the WordPress Dashboard, or manually with the help of the Crocoblock support.

Automatic Upgrade via Account

Open the Account page and proceed to the Purchase Details section.

Here, click the “Upgrade License” button next to your subscription

Pick the desired license and press the “Upgrade” button.

Follow the standard checkout steps and make a purchase. The price will be counted, taking into account the difference between the two subscription plans.

Automatic Upgrade via WordPress Dashboard/Plugin Page

Another way to automatically upgrade your subscription is via the WordPress Dashboard.

One option is to click on the “Go All-Inclusive” button in the Crocoblock section.

Alternatively, you can find the yellow upgrade banner on any Crocoblock plugin page or the WordPress Dashboard > Crocoblock > Update & Installation page and click the “View plans” button

Next, regardless of the method you choose, you will be redirected to the “Upgrade Your Subscription…” page, where you can select the desired subscription plan and proceed to checkout to pay the difference between the two plans for an upgrade

Manual Upgrade

Go to the Crocoblock support chat and write your request. For example, “I have bought JetEngine for one website, but now I want to update it to an “All-Inclusive” plan.”

The support agent will give you a personal discount code.

Go to the Pricing page and pick the plan you want to upgrade to. In this case, “All-Inclusive” for one website.

Click the “Checkout” button.

Enter the discount code and press the “Apply” button. Now, your discount will be applied and displayed next to the total price.

You will only need to pay the difference between your current subscription and the cost of the chosen one.

Provide the required information and click the “Next Step” button

Choose the payment method and make a purchase. Now you have upgraded your plan.

What Happens to Your Existing License During Upgrades?

  1. License Consolidation: - When transitioning individual plugin licenses to plans like All‑Inclusive, the individual license keys are disabled as part of the move to the bundle. For example, you purchased the JetEngine plugin ($43) and want to upgrade to All-Inclusive ($199). The support agent created a code for you for the amount of your active subscription ($43), then you made a new purchase of the All-Inclusive by paying the difference of $156, and got a new license key. After that, the license from your JetEngine subscription is disabled because you paid the difference and got a new license.

  2. License Upgrade: - When you upgraded from your personal account or from the website's dashboard, then the license key number remained the same, but the plan was updated.
