In Jetpack Workflow, a staff member is focused on specific tasks within the firm, rather than having a broad view of all operations. Their attention is directed toward their particular responsibilities, with goals centered on completing tasks that are due today or this week. The aim is to contribute effectively to their part of the job and accomplish it as efficiently as possible.
Jetpack Workflow streamlines this process by clearly identifying the next tasks to complete and providing the necessary context to facilitate faster and easier execution. Staff members only see the work relevant to their role, enhancing focus and productivity.
Jetpack Workflow makes it as easy as possible to clearly identify which tasks should be completed next and helps you complete tasks easier and faster than before by only giving you the work that's in your scope. Most staff members can efficiently manage their responsibilities through the My Work sub-tab, located under the Jobs tab.
By default, a staff member will have the ability to create, update or edit, delete, and mark complete tasks they're assigned to. They won't have visibility to see all jobs at the firm, client information, or other parts of the platform.
Since these are the default assignments, an owner has the ability to add or remove additional permissions for a staff member. Here's a screenshot of the default permissions assigned to someone in this role.
