Jetpack Workflow is a powerful tool that can help you manage recurring client work but it's also a great tool for managing your internal tasks, non billable to do's and one off client requests!

Here's some examples on how you can add in you or your firm's to do's into Jetpack!

Create a recurring job with admin/housekeeping tasks

1. Create a job quickly by clicking New job under the Jobs tab called "Monthly Admin Tasks" and assign to your firm, then add the tasks that are recurring for your firm. Some examples are:
    a. Pay rent
    b. Pay utilities
    c. Payroll
    d. 1 hour of referrals
    e. Identify your least profitable jobs
    f. 1 hour of process improvement etc.
 2. Once you've set your task list, enter in the due date and repeat frequency and you'll be all set!

Create a one off job to help you remember a specific non recurring task or email.

1. Create a job quickly by clicking New job under the Jobs tab. You'll then be able to name the job, associate it with a client, assign it to yourself and select the due date. Usually one off jobs don't repeat so you don't have to set this job to repeat unless it's something you want a reminder about on a recurring basis.

2. Add your tasks or any other relevant information like notes, description or documents.

You also have the option to forward an email into Jetpack and create a job. For more information on that process, click here!
