Here's what you can expect from the new process:
When you come across a job opportunity that catches your interest, the application process remains the same. Simply log into your Jobox account and access the open jobs table.
Now, when you click on "Apply for Job" you'll be seamlessly redirected to a page detailing the vetting test you need to complete to apply. This page provides a breakdown of the 5 skill assessments the employer would like all applicants to complete.
You'll have 12 minutes to complete each skill assessment. In total, the vetting process should take around an hour to finish. Gone are the days of being redirected to Google Forms🎉. Now, everything will be facilitated directly on the Jobox ensuring a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
As you progress through the skill assessments, you'll see the completed assessments disappear from the list, making it clear which assessments you still need to complete.
Once you've finished all the required skill assessments, you'll be directed to a page showing your test results. If you pass at least 3 out of the 5 skill assessments, you'll still be eligible to apply for the role.
This new approach revolutionizes the way Jobox conducts vetting. Instead of being vetted for specific job categories, you'll be assessed based on specific skills. This means you only need to complete a skills assessment once, saving you time and ensuring a more efficient process.
