Sometimes an LPA will reject a report if they say that the wrong red line has been drawn. They can also frame this response as being down to the total area on the site being different to what is set out in the application form or in other documents.
It's really important that the red line you draw on the Joe's Blooms tools is the same as the red line that is put into other parts of your planning application as otherwise you will need to make a number of changes.
If you need to change the red line, please go into the project and then go to 1. Basic Details. Then select "Tweak Redline"
Please note that if you change the redline, you will need to reenter all of the different habitats in the pre-development and post-development stages of the tool.
When you select "Tweak Redline" you will be taken to the map page, where you will be asked to accept that any changes here will result in the habitat data (both pre and post-development) being deleted.
Simply adjust the red line to make sure that it fully aligns with the red line in your other documents ("edit" should already be selected). Please make sure that the red line is exactly the same as your other documents.
When you press continue, you will need to go to "Onsite Habitats" and "intended works" and refill all of the habitat data.
