On the Joe's Blooms tool, you are asked to provide a date for the site walkover (i.e. the date you went to the site and took photos). If you don't enter this information you will have errors in your excel sheet:

How to fix this

Step one: Simply go onto the main tool and click on Project Details I and then click Site Surveyor.

Step two: On the next page, ensure all the information is entered (if you're not sure if the person is a qualified ecologist, select "competent person"). When don,e press Continue.

Step three: Enter the date you went to the site (please note this should be in the last six months)

This should complete the entire process and allow you to fix this error!
