Human-made narrow features such as walls, fences, surfaced paths, and narrow transport routes like railways. These features are typically linear in shape and extend over varying distances. .
These features are commonly found in both urban and rural landscapes, cutting across various types of terrain. They often serve as boundaries, barriers, or conduits for movement and can significantly influence the local ecology by creating microhabitats and impacting wildlife movement.

Special Notes: This habitat includes linear features that are mappable due to their significant area coverage.
Assessment Questions:
- Is the feature a constructed wall, fence, or surfaced path?
- Does it include narrow railways, tracks, or roads that are significant enough to be mapped as linear features?
- Is the feature artificially constructed and does it extend linearly over a landscape?
- Is it NOT a road?
If YES, then it is likely 'Urban - Built Linear Features'
