Description: A patch of scrub that is under 5m in height, with over 75% cover. Rhododendron (Rhododendron ponticum) should be dominant as the canopy layer, but not in the understorey

How to create
The simplest way to create scrub and scrub mosaics is to allow them to develop naturally (natural regeneration). It works best where existing areas of scrub, like hedgerows and woodland scrub, can spread. See more here: Create scrub and scrub mosaic.
