If your site is located in an urban setting, you should consider whether Urban - introduced shrub would be more appropriate.

Description: A patch of scrub under 5m in height, with over 75% cover. Dominated by Bramble (Rubus fruticosus agg.)

How to create

The simplest way to create scrub and scrub mosaics is to allow them to develop naturally (natural regeneration). It works best where existing areas of scrub, like hedgerows and woodland scrub, can spread. See more here: Create scrub and scrub mosaic.
