Fund your qualified account means your partner account(s) need to have a current positive balance (0.01 or more) to initiate the transfer. This ensures we are have no issues sending your rewards to your account
It can take up to 48 hours before the app refreshes and recognizes the updated balance. Once it does, your 🔓Cash Out button will unlock!
If it is still locked:
Check to make sure your account is a checking or savings account. If it is a brokerage account click here.
Check that your balance has updated. You can see the last updated date by going to Linked Accounts and looking at the date in the bottom right corner of each account.
If it hasn't updated in 24 hours, disconnect the account and reconnect it.
In order to redeem your rewards you need to meet all these requirements.
