To redeem your rewards on Debbie, you need to have an account with one of our partner institutions. You can not redeem to any bank connected to Debbie.
Active Partner Account: Ensure that the partner checking or savings account you want to redeem rewards with is open and linked to your Debbie (you should see it under Linked Accounts)
Connecting and Activating Partner Accounts
To begin redeeming rewards, your partner account must be:
Opened and Verified: Start by opening an account with the partner you were matched with. You can see who by looking at the top right corner or the purple tile on your home screen.
Connected to Debbie: Make sure to link the partner account to your Debbie app, ensuring that the connection is active. After you open the account you have to add it manually to Debbie by going to Profile > Linked Accounts > Link another institution.
Why can’t I use accounts that are not linked to Debbie? The redemption system requires an active connection to a partner institution, as this is central to Debbie’s reward system.
