If you need to regain access to your Debbie account you will need to submit a request to change your phone number which is the same as your username. This will allow you to log back into the app.
Occasionally, system-wide or local service outages might contribute to login issues. These outages are typically short-lived and do not affect account data.
First, confirm you remember your original number you used to login. If you do not recall this number we can not restore account access.
Second, have your legal identification with you as this will be required to verify your identity.
Once you have your information, fill out this form to update your number.
I don't know my old number
If you don't remember the number you joined Debbie with or previously used to login, we will not be able to restore your app progress, even with additional verification.
You can still use Debbie! You'll be able to start a brand new account, just contact support to get started.
I already submitted a request
Login updates are completed within 2 business days of your request. Double-check by attempting to login to the app first, then check your email to make sure we didn't send a reason for denial.
If it has been longer than 2 days (or 4 days if submitted over the weekend), please send us a chat or email to follow-up.
My new number is from an app, not a cell carrier
At this time, your login for Debbie can not be a number provided by a virtual provider (VOIP). This includes services like TextNow and Google Voice. To have a valid login you will need a traditional cell line.
I don't have a phone plan right now
We are aware of this barrier of entry to the app! Our small team is working on an email login feature that will be coming in 2026. Until then, you will not be able to access the Debbie but your rewards will not expire while you wait. So stay tuned!
