I lost access to my account

How to change your login to the app if you lost your original phone number

Written by Jessika Raisor
Updated over a week ago

If you need to regain access to your Debbie account because you got a new number, please contact support and we'll help you update you account.

Occasionally, system-wide or local service outages might contribute to login issues. These outages are typically short-lived and do not affect account data.

I don't know my old number/original login

If you don't remember the number you joined Debbie with or previously used to login, we will not be able to restore your app progress, even with additional verification.

I already submitted a request

Login updates are completed within a week of your request. If you have waited over a week and your updated number does not let you login, please reach out to support again.

My new number is from an app, not a cell carrier

At this time, your login for Debbie can not be a number provided by a virtual provider (VOIP). This includes services like TextNow and Google Voice. To have a valid login you will need a traditional cell line.

I don't have a phone plan right now

You will not be able to access the Debbie unless you have an active phone number. We do not offer alternate logins at this time.
