To log into Debbie, you will need a traditional carrier phone number (we do not accept VOIP numbers).
To log back into your account:
Open the Debbie app.
On the opening screen, enter the phone number associated with your account.
Tap the “Let’s do this” button.
You will get a one-time passcode (OTP) sent via text to your number. Enter it to regain access to Debbie.
I got a denied screen or account set-up failed error
We will need to check on your account, fill out this form if you got an error screen.
It says it’s the wrong OTP code
You may have deleted your account accidentally. Contact support and let us know and we’ll help you get back to the app!
I got a new phone number
To update your login, you will need to know the current phone number used to log into the account and have a current ID. You don’t need access to the number itself.
