Reward redemption takes 14 days to be completed or 10 business days. Business days do not count weekends or holidays.
Please refer to the tracker anytime you want an update!
What if there is an issue?
If we have experienced a technical issue you will get an email from us! Whitelist @joindebbie.com to make sure important notifications never go to spam.
If you need to cancel your redemption, please contact our support team using the chat button in the bottom right.
