How to check on the timeline for your rewards redemptions

Reward redemption takes 14 days (2 weeks) to be completed. Business days do not count weekends or holidays. This timeline ensures that all necessary verifications and processing steps are completed before the rewards are delivered.

How to Track Reward Status

  1. In-app: Tap on your points tile and then the redemption request from the history page. You will see the estimated arrival date here.

  2. Email: When you redeem, your deposit estimate will be in the confirmation email

What should I do if my rewards are delayed?

If your rewards have not been delivered within the 14-day processing period, check the rewards estimate in your app to see if there are any delays.

Can I expedite the reward processing?

Currently, the 14-day processing period is standard and cannot be expedited.

Exception for Checks

Mailed checks can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery timing largely depends on the postal service and can vary by location and other external factors. Once the check is mailed, its delivery is exclusively managed by the postal service, and the arrival time frame is beyond our control.

What if there is an issue?

If we have experienced a technical issue you will get an email from us! If your rewards are delayed beyond the 14-day processing period, check the rewards tracking in the app. For further assistance, contact customer support.
