Reward redemption takes 14 days to be completed or 10 business days. Business days do not count weekends or holidays.

Exception for Checks
Mailed checks typically take 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery timing largely depends on the postal service and can vary by location and other external factors. Once the check is mailed, its delivery is exclusively managed by the postal service, and the arrival time frame is beyond our control.
