If you have tapped on Redeem Rewards but got an error screen instead of instructions, these are the common causes and solutions:
Multiple Redemptions
If you currently have a pending redemption, you won't be able to submit another request until it is deposited. You can see if you have a redemption in progress by checking on your points history (tap on the points tile on the home screen) or your email.
Account Connections
Your Debbie Partner account may be disconnected from the app. Your accounts will need to be linked and updating daily in order for the deposit to process. To check your accounts go to Profile > My Accounts. If the Last Updated date is not the current day, you will need to refresh your accounts.
App Outage
We may be experiencing an outage with our direct deposit system. Check the Outage Reports page or the help center banner for the latest news. These errors are most commonly resolved within 24 hours. Wait and try again tomorrow, if the issue is persisting and there is no notice in the help center then reach out to support through our chat.
