Step 1: Start on the Quest Diagnostics Website
Go to the Quest Diagnostics homepage: https://www.questdiagnostics.com/
Scroll down until you see Make an appointment and select it.
Step 2: Continue as a Guest
A sign-in window will appear.
Select Continue as a guest.
You do not need to create or sign into a Quest account to schedule your test.
Step 3: Enter Patient Information
Enter the required information for the person being tested.
Make sure all fields are filled out accurately.
Select Continue to proceed.
Step 4: Select Your Reason for Visiting
When asked for your reason for visiting, choose All Other Tests.
Select Continue.
Step 5: Choose a Location and Appointment Time
Enter your ZIP code.
Choose a Quest Diagnostics location near you.
Select a date and time that works best for your schedule.
Step 6: Insurance Selection
When asked about insurance, select The person being tested doesn’t have insurance.
If your test has already been paid for, insurance information is not required.
Step 7: Review and Confirm Your Appointment
Review all appointment details carefully.
Select Confirm to schedule your appointment.

✅Your appointment is scheduled!
Please arrive a few minutes early and bring a valid photo ID to your appointment.
