We'd love to welcome you here! Please visit our new Patient Portal and start by selecting "Create my Account". Let us know if you have any other questions!

Eligibility and Options

Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) above 27 are eligible to participate in the program. Those with a BMI between 22 and 27 may qualify for maintenance therapy, depending on additional factors. Click here to find out if you qualify.

If you qualify for the Fridays program, you'll continue with the sign up process. Here, you can choose how you'd like to proceed for your initial consultation:

  • Medication Request: This option is ideal if you've already been on the medication and simply need a refill.

  • Video Consultation: This option is perfect for first-timers or if you have questions for a healthcare provider about the medications.

Consultation Tailored to You

  • Medication Request: You'll fill out a health history form and submit a med request. A provider will review it within 2-3 business days and prescribe medication if appropriate.

  • Video Consultation: Schedule a video appointment with a provider, complete a health history form, and discuss your treatment plan directly.

During your first appointment, the provider will:

  • Discuss your weight loss goals

  • Review your medical history

  • Order any necessary lab tests

  • Potentially prescribe medication (if deemed suitable)

  • Create a personalized plan with you

Ongoing Support

Once you start your weight loss medication, regular check-ins with your provider will be scheduled monthly. These visits will involve:

  • Progress evaluation

  • Medication tolerance monitoring

  • Follow-up lab tests or medication refills (as needed)

  • Adjustments to your care plan (if necessary)

For medication refills, you can always submit a refill request through the portal instead of scheduling a video visit, unless otherwise stated by your provider.
