Can you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, we bill your insurance directly so you don't have to pay large sums of money out of pocket, and don't need to file insurance claims manually. If you use our partner pharmacy and have insurance coverage, please upload you insurance details to your profile so we can bill your insurer directly.
Can you fill out my special authorization form?
Yes, we can fill your special authorization form for insurance.
This is included in our consultation fees and will be done at no extra charge.
How to send us a request to complete your special authorization form:
Step 1: Go to this link and click "New Special Authorization Request"
Step 2: Add your insurer, the medication you are seeking coverage for (if your consultation is still in progress and you don't have a prescription yet, it will prompt you to select this), and upload a copy of the PDF form your insurer provided you with. Please send us the original PDF that you got from you insurer: the digital version (not a scan or photocopy) that is entirely blank (don't fill any answers before sending it to us).
Step 3: Monitor the progress of you request!
Once you request it, it will typically be completed by your prescriber within 2-3 days.
