Introduction π
Take back the time spent manually adding fields to your templates one by one, template by template: now, Juro's sophisticated AI can do this for you.
π‘ NOTE: AI is not always 100% accurate, so generated fields should be reviewed before using your template.
Autogenerating your smartfields π€
Before uploading your template, you should put your key datapoints in square brackets (e.g. [Effective Date]) to help the AI Agent identify which smartfields it should create.
π‘NOTE: For signatory fields, square brackets must be removed.
When this is done and you're ready to upload your template:
4. Drag and drop a document from your desktop into the upload portal, or click Select it from your computer to see a list of the documents on your device. |
5. Next, you'll be redirected to your template. A prompt to autogenerate your smartfields will show. Click Generate.
In just a few seconds, Juro AI will generate the smartfields for the data points it can identify from the body of your document.
Next, we'll take a look at how to manage your smartfields post-generation.
