It's time to combine the power of ChatGPT with the wealth of data across your repository.

Our integration with ChatGPT lets your teams query and review contracts in seconds, further transforming static documents into a responsive and intuitive resource.

💡 NOTE: You will need a Juro Org Admin and a ChatGPT Workspace Admin/Owner to set up this integration. To read more about setting this up as an individual user, click here.

Additionally, your ChatGPT plan must be one of the following:

• Plus

• Pro

• Business

• Enterprise

• Edu

This feature is currently in beta and also relies on beta functionality in ChatGPT. While we have successfully tested the functionality at the time of release and monitor it frequently, some things might not work as expected at all times.

What can I do with the ChatGPT integration? 🪛

There are several actions you can take using Juro's ChatGPT integration:

Action

Result

Summarise your contracts

Get quick summaries of any document in your Juro environment, including parties, key terms, smartfield values, and specific clauses.

e.g. "What's the termination clause in the Acme MSA?"

Search and retrieve documents

Find the contracts you need using natural language or specific criteria.

  • Search using multiple conditions at once (e.g. "Find contracts signed in 2024 with governing law in England and Wales")

  • Filter by any custom or system smartfield, including status (e.g. "Show me all approved NDAs")

Combine sources in your conversation

Get document counts. Ask how many contracts match specific smartfield values (e.g. "How many contracts do we have with governing law as the State of New York?")

Query across multiple documents. You can query a single document or pull information from several at once.

The connector can respond using information from both Juro and any files you've uploaded to the conversation.

Setting things up in Juro 🚀

To get started, you must connect the two systems. Beginning in Juro:

1. Open the Integrations hub and click on the ChatGPT panel.

2. Click Connect. This will show the integration owner's details and the MCP Server URL. Copy this URL to your clipboard.

Now, we'll complete the setup from ChatGPT:

1. In your ChatGPT workspace, click your Profile name. From the menu that opens, select Workspace settings.

2. In the new page that opens, click Connectors > My Connectors tab. Then, select Create a connector.

3. In the New Connector panel, enter your connector name and paste the MCP Server URL from Juro into the relevant field.

4. Ensure OAuth is selected for Authentication.

Check I trust this application and click Create.

You'll now be redirected to Juro to confirm the connection for individual use of the connector. All users must repeat this particular step for their own Juro profile when they first use the connector.

Click Allow access to confirm.

To make the connector accessible to other users—including non-admins in your organization's ChatGPT workspace—you'll need to publish it. To do this:

1. Go back to Workspace Settings in ChatGPT.

2. Open My connectors tab and click Publish to workspace on your newly created connector.

💡 NOTE: This integration will be available to everyone in your ChatGPT organization, but functionality is subject to their permissions in Juro.

Using ChatGPT with Juro 🖇️

1. Open a ChatGPT chat, click + > Use connectors.

💡 NOTE: If you didn't create the connector yourself and are using it for the first time, click Connect more and select the right connector from the panel with all connectors available in your workspace.

3. Input your prompt: ChatGPT will query Juro for documents and reference them in its response.

💡 NOTE: You can use the connector in both normal chat mode and with ChatGPT's Deep Research functionality. The latter is best if you're looking for a deeper analysis of your documents.
