Setting up your profile 🌱
It takes less than 2 minutes to set up your Juro profile. When you receive your email invitation to join Juro, click Join the workspace to get started.

You'll be directed to a new page where you can pick your login method: an email address and password combination, or the Continue with Google* route.

If you opt to log in using an email address and password, click the Continue with name and password link, enter your full name and password, and select Continue.
If you choose Continue with Google, you'll be asked to pick the Google account you'd like to use for your Juro login.
Setting up 2-factor authentication 🔒
Juro's 2-factor authentication ("2FA") adds an extra layer of protection to your workspace and secures your account from malicious actors and harmful cyberattacks that could disrupt your business processes.
1. Under Settings, open the Profile portal and click Enable 2FA. |

2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the verification code it provides back into Juro. |

💡 NOTE: Copy and store the recovery codes securely in case you can't access your authenticator app for any reason. Don't share these codes with anyone else; if you suspect these have been compromised, you should reset them within Juro's 2FA portal as soon as possible. |
Disabling 2FA 🔐
To disable 2-factor authentication:
In the Profile portal, click Edit 2FA and select Disable. |

Confirm this action by entering the verification code from your authenticator, and click Yes, deactivate. |
