How do I make a payment?

Making a payment through the owner portal is easy - just follow the steps below. You can also mail a payment to our lockbox service.

You can make payments through the owner portal:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Select “Make a Payment”

Step 3: Enter Payment Details

  • Choose your payment method (bank account or credit card)

  • Enter the payment amount

Step 4: Submit your payment

Please note:

Online payments may incur transaction fees – these fees are not charged by K&K and cannot be waived or refunded.

Bank (ACH) payments are typically the lowest cost option. You can also contact our office to setup free recurring ACH payments if you prefer.
