You can purchase key cards, parking passes, key fobs, and other community access items through the owner portal:
Log in to your account
Hover over “Community Info”
Click on “Community Purchases”
Select the item you need
Review the item details carefully
Complete your purchase and include any delivery or pickup instructions
Once your request is submitted, our team will receive a notification and begin processing your order.
Fulfillment Details:
Orders are typically processed within up to three business days (not including shipping)
Once ready, we will notify you for pickup or confirm that your item has been mailed
Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail
If you need your item sooner, you may request rush processing in your purchase instructions (additional fees may apply).
If you would like expedited shipping, please include that in your purchase instructions. Additional shipping charges will apply.
