  • Maintenance requests:

  • Emergencies (active leaks, flooding, no heat, etc.):

  • Reporting a violation:

  • Accessing HOA Documents:

  • HOA Certification / Disclosure / Closing Requests:
    πŸ“ If you're a real estate or title company looking for disclosures or certifications, please visit https://www.knkpm.com/realtor-closing-requests. Please note that under state law, we have ten business days to respond to requests - and these requests do take time. We do offer expedited options on our website for a fee.
