We’re here to help — the best way to get a quick response is to contact the right person for your request.

  • General questions, owner portal, payments, and account support:

  • Maintenance requests:

    🛠️ Please submit through the owner portal (this ensures your request is tracked and responded to quickly)

  • Emergencies (active leaks, flooding, no heat, etc.):

    📞 Call us at 435-200-4713 (emergency backup: 435-503-1352)

  • Reporting a violation:
    📕 Use the "Contact Us" form inside the owner portal, or reach out directly to your community manager

  • Accessing HOA Documents:
    🗂️ HOA documents are available in the owner portal for free download.

  • HOA Certification / Disclosure / Closing Requests:
    📝 If you're a real estate or title company looking for disclosures or certifications, please visit https://www.knkpm.com/realtor-closing-requests. Please note that under state law, we have ten business days to respond to requests - and these requests do take time. We do offer expedited options on our website for a fee.

  • Board members:

    📇 Please use your designated board contact or partners@knkpropertymanagement.com for leadership visibility
