The fastest way to get help is to put your request where the right person will see it.

  • Maintenance requests: submit a work order through the owner portal at knkpm.cincwebaxis.com. Portal requests are tracked, so they get handled faster than email.

  • Emergencies (active leaks, flooding, no heat): call 435-200-4713. Backup line: 435-503-1352.

  • Portal login, payments, autopay, and account questions: email owners@knkpropertymanagement.com or text 833-302-4713.

  • Reporting a violation: use the Contact Us form inside the owner portal so the report is attached to the right community.

  • Buying or selling a home: realtors, lenders, and title companies requesting disclosures, certifications, payoffs, or questionnaires should order them at knkpm.com/realtor-closing-requests, where you can pay online and choose an expedited option. Utah law gives us ten business days to respond. If you cannot use the website, email closings@knkpropertymanagement.com. Owners sending closing documents or new owner information should also use closings@knkpropertymanagement.com.

  • HOA documents: your CC&Rs, bylaws, budgets, and minutes are in the owner portal under Documents, free to download.

  • Board members: use your designated board contact.

If you have already emailed owners@knkpropertymanagement.com, you are in the right place. There is no need to resend.
