You can submit an Architectural Review (ARC) application through the owner portal:
Log in to your account
From the Dashboard --> click on "See All" under the Architectural Requests node; from anywhere else in the portal, hover over "Account Info" and select "ACC Requests"
Hit the "Add ACC Request" button
Fill out all required fields in the application
Provide a detailed description of your project
Upload any supporting documents (plans, drawings, photos, materials, etc.)
Submit your application
Providing complete information upfront will help speed up the review process. More information is better!
After submission, your request will be reviewed by the board or architectural committee. You will be notified via email and the owner portal once a decision has been made.
Important: Do not begin work until you have received formal approval.
