How do I submit a maintenance request?

Follow these steps to submit a work order for HOA-related maintenance.

All maintenance requests should be submitted through the owner portal:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: From the Dashboard, select “See All” under the Work Orders box

Step 3: Select “Add Work Order”

Step 4: Enter a description of the issue, including the location

Step 5: Upload photos (if available)

Step 6: Submit your request

This ensures your request is tracked and responded to as quickly as possible.

For emergencies (active leaks, flooding, no heat, etc.), please call us directly at 435-200-4713.
