The HOA board of directors is a group of homeowners elected to make decisions on behalf of the community.

The board is responsible for:

  • Setting the annual budget and HOA dues

  • Making decisions about maintenance and repairs

  • Enforcing governing documents

  • Planning for long-term projects and reserves

Board members are volunteers who work to act in the best interest of the community as a whole.

K&K Property Management supports the board by handling day-to-day operations, financial management, and coordination, but major decisions are made by the board.
