NEW RELEASES

  • A new Manage section has been added to the Advertising module to house DSP stats! Users can now view DSP stats at the Campaign (Order), Ad Group (Line Item), and Audience level while using familiar settings such as column filters and sticky date ranges. Additional enhancements to this section will continue to roll out in future releases, so stay tuned!

    • If interested in connecting your DSP seat, contact your CSM or follow our guide here

ENHANCEMENTS

Advertising

  • Preferred currency has been added to the Devices tab

  • Amazon Sponsored Brand bid modifiers have been added to the Campaigns grid

Content

  • Content edits for titles, descriptions, and bullet points can now be submitted for vendor items. This follows the same process as SC edits, which can be found here.

Inventory

  • Inventory Age & Fees tab on the Inventory report has been updated to reflect changes made to Amazon’s FBA Manage Inventory Health report

  • Excess Inventory opportunity grid has been updated with new logic for suggested actions, as well as an additional view of what it will cost to take no action

Customer Experience

  • Customer Count by Cohort by Month has been added to the LTV Summary Report on the LTV by Month tab

  • Additional info hovers have been added to the Experience by Product grid

Global Features

  • A new brand account setting has been added into Admin that allows users to decide which attribution method they prefer to use for Sponsored Display campaigns. The default is set to cost per click, and a new option for cost per 1000 viewable impressions is now available. For example, if you choose to report on viewable impressions for your VCPM campaigns, this will align with your preference.

  • The vendor note in the daily performance snapshot has been updated to reflect changes made in the last release with Rapid Retail Analytics data

BUG FIXES

  • FBM Daily Demand details were not displaying in the FBM inventory grid or the Out of Stock alert

  • The existing strategy name error would sometimes occur when using bulk edit mode in the Strategies tab

  • The info hover for Accounting was not displaying in Data Hub if the Advertising API was not connected

  • The last few Manage tabs in Advertising were out of sync with their actual tabs, showing Placements in the Devices tab and Devices in Ad Bid Approvals

  • Number of case packs on the Inventory report was calculating incorrectly, causing the number to be lower than it should have been

  • The P&L would very rarely show transaction lines out of order with the new ‘show all lines’ setting turned on

  • Content Protection bulk upload was failing if an item did not have any existing bullet points
