How do cards work in Karta?
Cards in Karta do not have their own balances. The cards balance is connected to the Primary Account balance from which card transactions are made. You can restrict spending on your card (or employee's card) setting card limits.
What information does a Virtual Cards Page provide?
On this page, you can find detailed information about all cardholders and their cards. The following details are available:
Current card status
Associated budget
Limits and proximity to reaching them
Spending in the last 30 days
Associated account.
This page also features an advanced search tool that allows you to search by:
User
Account
Currency
Budget
Status
Limit type
Spending by period
On the Cards page, you can see more card details on each card by clicking on it.
What actions can I perform on a Cards page?
On the Cards page, you can do the following:
Click the + Create card button in the top right side of your screen to create a new card.
Click the needed card in the page and then the Edit Card button to change the card name or to set new limits.
Click the needed card to lock or close the card.
Click the locked card in the Cards tab and then the Unlock Card button to unlock the card.
