My order status shows "Pending" (on-hold)
This status means payment has not yet been completed. Complete the payment process, and your course access will be unlocked automatically within moments. You do not need to purchase again.
Instalment payments
Instalment payment is available for selected courses. Contact us and tell us which course you're interested in — we'll find a suitable solution together.
When is my access unlocked?
Once your payment is successfully completed, your course access is activated automatically. If unlocking doesn't happen within a few minutes after a successful payment, please contact us with your order number and email address.
