How do I update my preferred name?

Your preferred name is how we refer to you in the app.

To update your preferred name, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Kernel account.

Step 2: Navigate to your 'Profile and settings' by clicking on your initial in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Scroll down to 'Your details', within your Profile and settings.

Step 4: Enter your 'Preferred name'. Then click 'Update'.
