If you would like to change your account password, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Kernel account.
Step 2: Navigate to your 'Profile & Settings' by clicking on your initial in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on "Security", within your Profile & Settings.
Step 4: Proceed to follow the instructions on the screen to update your password. Then click "Update password".
I have forgotten my password
No worries you can reset this here:
Type in your email address and click on the button Send recovery link to kick off the process.
I have been locked out of my Kernel account. What can I do?
For security reasons, your Kernel account will be temporarily locked if an incorrect password is entered too many times.
If your account has been locked:
Wait approximately 30 minutes for the lockout period to expire.
Once the lockout period has ended, go to the password recovery page:
https://my.kernelwealth.co.nz/auth/forgot-passwordSubmit a password reset request using your email address.
Check your inbox for the password reset email. If you cannot find it, please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Archived folders.
Wait for the password reset email to arrive before submitting another request, as requesting multiple password resets can make it more difficult to identify the most recent email.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.
