Happy Holidays!

Here is everything you need to know over the Christmas and New Year period.


Order Processing Days

Over the holiday period, we won’t be processing orders on public holidays. Below is a list of processing days so you know what to expect over this time:

Monday 18th to Friday 22nd December - Processing orders daily as usual

Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th DecemberPublic Holidays – No order processing

Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December - Processing orders

Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd January - Public Holidays - No order processing

Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th January - Processing orders

Monday 8th January - Back to business as usual

Handy hint: Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day will be included in that day's processing. If placed after, it will be included in the next business day.


Deposits

For bank deposits made on a public holiday or weekend due to bank processing restrictions, these should be cleared and in your wallet within the following 2 business days.


Support

The Kernel team will be taking some time to recharge and will therefore have a smaller team on support. If you have an enquiry, don’t hesitate to get in touch. If you have an urgent enquiry you can let us know by including 'Urgent' in the subject or message itself. We'll use this to prioritise your message.
