This guide explains how to monitor and manage your SFDR ESG data request on the KEY ESG platform. Follow these steps to track progress, edit details, and make updates efficiently.
Monitoring Progress
Access Your Data Request
Navigate to the Data Request section and find the data request, this will have the format : Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) (YEAR)Track Completion
Drill Down into Specific Companies
Use the button with three dots to the right of each company’s name to:View their company report: Access detailed data submitted for the SFDR data request.
Edit financials:
Fund Details: Assign the company to one or multiple funds.
Investment Details: Provide financials such as enterprise value, GP ownership stake, fund ownership stake, cumulative investment, unrealised value, and realised value.
SFDR Requirements: Enterprise value and cumulative investment are essential for calculating fund-level metrics. Input data for all four quarters to enable automatic calculations (empty quarters are treated as zero).
Send Reminders
Use the email reminder function to prompt companies to complete their data requests on time.
Managing Your Data Request
On the same screen, you can manage and make changes to your SFDR data request:
Edit Data Point SettingsModify data entry cadence and the level of detail required (organisation-only or entity-specific).
Edit Companies
Add, remove, or adjust portfolio companies included in your data request.
Edit Deadlines
Update the deadline for portfolio companies to complete their data submission.
Important Notes
Save Your Changes: Always save any updates made to your data request to ensure they are applied correctly.
Automatic Calculations: For SFDR, input enterprise value and cumulative investment across all quarters to enable automatic PAI (Principal Adverse Impact) calculations.
