Introduction

When capturing your ESG data, it is important to account for all your sites to ensure that you are producing a complete and accurate picture of your company's ESG performance.

If your organisation has multiple sites, whether windfarms, offices, manufacturing sites or distribution centres, you can capture these in the KEY ESG portal.

Creating a site

Follow these easy steps to set up your site:

  1. Navigate to Collect Data on the left-hand menu

  2. Navigate to the metric where you would like to enter a new site

  3. Set your metric configuration to "By site"

  4. Select "Create site" button

  5. Enter your site details, including the name of the site, the address and square footage

  6. Click "Add another site" button at the bottom to add further sites

  7. Opt in your newly created site to this metric
