If you have opted out of a datapoint but the checkmark remains grey (incomplete), perform these checks to ensure 100% completion:
Check that you have opted out of the entire metric, not just the entity - you can do this by navigating to the top left of the datacard and selecting "Opt out". You will need to provide a justification for opting out.
Ensure all other entities are opted out of the datapoint before proceeding.
