Read this article to learn about common login errors, how to solve them, and other frequently asked questions.

  1. Error message: "You're not part of an organisation".

    1. Visit the KEY ESG homepage here.

    2. If you have signed via SSO, then select "Continue with Microsoft 365"

    3. If you have created specific credentials for KEY ESG, then enter them inot the email address and password boxes

  2. I did not receieve an MFA code.

      3. Not receiving password reset email

      You are most likely not receiving your password reset email because your account uses SSO to sign in. Please double check if you can login with the ‘continue with Microsoft 365’ button.

      Your SSO login may not be working if you have recently changed company email addresses.
